— Is this part feeling limited or discouraged?
— Does a part of you feel anger?
— Is a part of you feeling triggered / exhausted by your child’s anger?
— Does a part of you feel worried?
— Is a part of you staying up late problem solving?
Your child has parts too.
A part of you is grieving relationship with ex.
— Is a part of you feeling relieved or proud to no longer be with ex because they were abusive?
— Does a part of you feel shame or anger that you chose this partner?
— Does a part of you feel like you’ve failed?
— Does a part of you feel scared of being judged by others?
Your ex partner has parts too.
A part of you is feeling overwhelmed. (Start getting to know this part first.)
A part of you is feeling increasing anxiety.
— Is a part of you feeling depressed?
