Ask your parts to share more.
Tell me more about the type of career you desire.
Tell me more about the type of partner you desire.
Tell me more about what makes you happy.
Tell me more about where you learned that money and happiness don’t go together.
Tell me more about your beliefs about money.
What kind of man do you think I should be with?
Multiple parts will chime in.
Watch for disagreements, conflicting perspectives, tension, “polarizations”.
Give each part its own page in your journal.
Each part deserves to have its voice heard.
