survival mode isn’t your fault

intimate 56min voice journey through root chakra wounds that shaped your Self-worth

This week at Be Write Hear, we explored root chakra — your body’s foundation of survival.

I asked the women why they don’t feel safe. What they long for. How they cope.

I read between their lines— tracking parts, burdens, beliefs. What this group of parts believes about themselves?

We don’t just have wounds.

We carry heavy beliefs about what the wounds mean…about our worth, our love-ability, our place in the world.

Beliefs so dense, so stuck to our bones, we can’t shake them off. They feel true as the sun. Just how we see the world.

I have another perspective for you. A new way of seeing. Gaze with me through the lens of Internal Family Systems and somatic spirituality.

I recorded a 56 minute voice response to share what I’m seeing and sensing.

Take this into the bath and soak in Self-energy. Take this to the woods and place your hands on the tree roots as you listen. Take this on a walk through the concrete jungle and wonder if what I’m saying to you also applies to the people passing by.

Breathe slower with me and feel for what’s true.

I’ll tell you about:

  • Root chakra themes

  • Root chakra “earthquakes”

  • Survival mode & Self-esteem

  • IFS Parts who show up when we look at root chakra

  • How to actually heal and stop feeling the pain

  • Why you keep reaching outside yourself for answers

  • Who you really are / what humans really are

  • Coping mechanism & IFS parts
